A sudden, soft and very worked fabric. The company from which we buy the embroidered tulle was born in 1983, totally Italian and expert in the textile and fashion sector.
The realization of this fabric requires several passages and a very accurate technical study. The machine is manually loaded with each individual spool of thread and the construction times of the embroidery vary according to the type of drawing and the number of points it contains.
It starts with a hand designed sketch, then digitized and sent by car to be made. From here we then move on to fixing through top and ironing and manual cut, to then end with quality control and packaging.
Tulle embroidery is a product widely used in the sector, it is more valuable than lace therefore it is used for refined and personalized collections. We work closely with the company from the drawing to the realization of the single embroidery.
