Returned and change conditions

  1. The items must be returned from the original country of shipping. The items must be returned in the original conditions of sale, with the labels still attached. The items must be returned to the original packaging or one comparable to ensure that they are not damaged during shipment. The return of articles that have been damaged, washed, altered or which, with the reasonable judgment of chitè, were presumably used will not be accepted.
  2. Slip and body must be tried without coming into contact with the skin and with the protective adhesive band.
  3. It cannot be accepted nor the change of products for which personalized embroidery (lover, lolita, etc. have been requested)
  4. All MYCHITè tailor -made garments cannot be returned. For wearability problems, it is possible to request a free modification service. You can request it by contacting us at the email


All returns are free and the total reimbursement of the purchase is provided.
Click in the Footer yield or a change and follow the procedure, the shipping costs are entirely charged to us.
The refund will be credited to the payment method used.
If the user choose to send the return independently, he will have to take on the costs and provide the tracking of the shipment to the email
Once the articles returned, it will be our concern to guarantee a timely reimbursement.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once we have processed the return and accredit the refund through the selected payment method.

The changes are free. The user can choose to change the products within 30 days.
