The Chitè website is in euros if you are buying from Europe instead, in pounds if you are in the United Kingdom and in dollars if you are in the USA. For Switzerland the currency is in Swiss francs CH while for Canada the currency will be the Canadian dollar.

Delivery and shipping

We put a lot of thought and resources into our packaging, trying to create packaging that is sustainable and environmentally friendly.

We are happy and satisfied with the solutions we have implemented. Each product is carefully checked and placed inside our white satin bag that can also be reused as a small travel bag for clothes. Everything is accompanied by a "splash" of our unforgettable scent. Similarly, our organic cotton line is also delivered in its special organic, reusable cotton bag, made to help reduce pollution and water consumption.

If the order is a gift, we offer the possibility to buy our gift box: a pink case with the Chitè logo and our special tissue paper used to wrap the products. Finally, a handwritten note of which you can decide the content.

We know how important it is that orders arrive on time. As regards theItaly, shipping time is 1/3 working days.

Instead for theEurope, shipping time varies between:

  • Standard shipping in minimum 10 working days
  • Express shipping in 2/6 days

For shipping in Swiss:

  • Standard shipping in minimum 10 working days
  • Express shipping in 2-6 business days

For shipping in the United Kingdom:

  • Standard shipping in 4/9 working days
  • Express shipping in 2-6 business days

For shipping in United States:

  • Standard shipping in minimum 10 working days
  • Express shipping in 2-6 business days

For the rest of the world, delivery will take at least 15 working days.

N.B: Products ordered with personalized embroidery require an extra 48 hours on the working days indicated above. The products ordered through the MyChitè platform, on the other hand, require 2 extra weeks to the working days indicated above.

All information relating to the delivery of your order will be available in the e-mail you will receive with a tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery.

We ship worldwide except Ukraine, Iran, Syria, Korea, Taiwan, Somalia, Sudan and Cuba

The shipping cost in Italy is € 4.90. This includes all its territory, islands and traffic zones. Instead, for Austria, Spain, Germany, Switzerland and USA the cost of standard shipping is € 4.90 while Express shipping costs € 20. For UK delivery, standard shipping is €8.9 and Express shipping is €20. For the rest of Europe standard shipping is €9.90 while Express shipping costs €20. Instead, for the rest of the world, the cost of standard shipping is € 20 while express shipping is € 50.

Any additional taxes or customs duties applied to international shipments are the responsibility of Chitè. We currently ship from Milan, Italy. As for shipments to the United States, any taxes and duties are included for orders up to € 800. The price may vary depending on the destination of the order, as required by international tax laws.

Yes, it is possible to change the delivery address after placing the order. Send an email to shop@chite-lingerie.it within 2 hours of order confirmation.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Chitè order, you can return your order within 14 days from the day it was delivered. All returns are free, and a full refund is required.

The conditions for return are as follows:

  • Items must be returned from the original shipping country. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were found, with the labels still attached. The product must be returned in its original packaging or similar packaging to ensure that the items are not damaged during shipping. Items that have been damaged, washed, exchanged or, in Chitè's opinion, used, will not be accepted.
  • Briefs and bodysuits should be tested without direct contact with the skin and the protective layer.
  • We do not accept returns for products where a personalized embroidery has been requested (Lover, Lolita, etc.)
  • All MyChitè bespoke products cannot be returned. In case of fit problems you can make changes through our free service. To request it, send us an email to shop@chite-lingerie.it

All returns are free, and a full refund of your order is provided. Click on the item to be returned or on the exchange in the footer and follow the procedure. Shipping costs are entirely at our expense. The refund will be credited to the payment method used. If the user decides to independently return the order, he will have to bear the costs and provide the tracking of the shipment to shop@chite-lingerie.it. Once we have received your returned items, we will ensure a prompt refund. Once we have processed your return and credited the refund to your selected payment method, you will be sent a confirmation email. Can I return a personalized product?
No, personalized products cannot be returned. 

On Chitè you can customize your lingerie by choosing between customization with embroidery and customization through our platrom MyChitè.

Personalization with embroidery consists of a phrase or initials of your choice. It is possible to customize the briefs (satin or tulle) of the Lover and Lolita model, the satin bra always of the Lolita model, the female and male boxers and finally also the pajamas. Click here to discover all the customizable items with embroidery. The cost of embroidery is 5€.

The customizations through MyChitè give you the opportunity to create your lingerie from scratch, choosing colors and fabrics. (for the platform, insert the link here so that it takes you to the Q&A of the platform)

You can write whatever you want with up to 18 characters for Lover's briefs and 13 characters for Lolita satin bras and briefs.

For custom orders with embroidery it takes up to 2 days.
Custom orders through MyChitè require up to 14 working days.
